Blacklist whole domains in Horde Webmail

Hi I have a account as below.
3 OpenVZ VPS Slice
OpenVZ41

Hi a question how to block or blacklist email.
My wife get a lot of spam email on her mail account.
She is using Horde webmail client and
we know how to blacklist a mail address like
"job@1ebo.com"
That is good however I want to block/blacklist anything from that domain.
my question is shall I write
%@1ebo.com
or
*@1ebo.com
or simply
@1ebo.com

please advice as I have some 50 domains
I could not find this info anywhere.

You'll want to do the blacklist in spamassassin.

So in cpanel select apache spamassassin.

Make sure spamassassin in ENABLED

Next select The apache spamassassin configuration

And then add the domain under blacklist_from as *@example.com
