KVM154 RAID card replacement.

We will replace the RAID card on KVM154 at 3 am December 31. VM's will be suspended to disk and resumed after the replacement. Once online they will appear to have never gone offline.

This upgraded added a Battery Backup unit, and now both read and write disk cache are available.
