KVM174 RAID Card upgrade

We will upgrade the RAID card on KVM174 server at 2 am March 5. VM's will be suspended to disk and resumed after the replacement. Once online they will appear to have never gone offline.

A battery backup unit was added to this raid card. This means that writecaching has been enabled, which will give a speed improvement.
