[Resolved] View Domains -> before a domain is fully registered

If a new domain name is purchased, in between when it is fully active and pending the view domains of the registered domain returns oSRS Error - Incorrect call

A check to add if the domain name is fully active needs to be added in (or that the order has been processed).
