Why my server has 'canceled'

I have pay the bill, why the Billing Status show 'canceled'?
When can restart the server?

now the status show in 'expired',
and chow out a new $39.90 bill on my invoices, what is that?
when I pay the VPS bill, it just show in 'expired', but my server also did not restart!
after one hour, the status change to 'canceled', now change back 'expired',
and one more 39.90, what is that??!!
Please respond me, ok?!

If the vps expired, and reactivate vps was clicked then the invoice would be created as of today for reactivation. That invoice can be paid to activate the vps again as long as it has not been expired more than 30 days.
